World peace & harmony 2013

World peace & harmony 2013
In 1907, General Robert Baden-Powell was inspecting 7,000 members of the Boy's Brigade at Glasgow. Sir William Smith, the founder of The Boy's Brigade, asked Baden-Powell if he had ever considered rewriting his training manual for soldiers, "Aids To Scouting for N.C.O.s and Men" to make it appeal to boys. As a result of this conversation Baden-Powell ran an experimental camp for 20 boys at Brownsea Island Scout camp to test out theories on providing activities for boys.

Respected peoples
Dear friends
We are the human beings living around the world. So it our duty to work in promotion of humanity and "world peace & harmony". so, we are starting our work from 4th September 2013 by organizing program for "world peace & harmony". We think that being a member of this world we have some duty to fulfill. so, we are fulfilling our duties.

The program of world peace & harmony is holding in Mechinagar-05, Dhulabari, Jhapa, Nepal. I hearting thanks Kavi Shiromani Higher Secondary school & New Oxford English school for their co-operation in this program and thanks to all the people and political leaders, police officers, social workers, scouter, District scout office, Jhapa, Mechi Municipality and Mechi Chamber of commerce for their co-operation and help.

We all want peace in world and lets create a better world with brotherhood, friendship and lets work in promotion of humanity. Human history is very long. People are spread all over the world that's why people are called Asian, African, American and European. All of this people have there own culture, tradition and life style. So, we all seem different from each other. But the fact is people from all over the world are relatives. Friends we all people are living from an oxygen, food, water and we all people have same blood. We have one relation i.e. We all are human beings. As it is not necessary to explain about that the earth is our common home. Relation is one key which makes the strong support to change the world. Thus we can say proudly that the people in this world are our relatives. So, we must Co-operate each other. Also humanity is a key to create good relation.
Therefore, we strongly believe that people from all over the world are our relatives and we believe that someday comes when everyone on this earth will realize this important thing which will bring unity and peace in this world.

Flags of all nations around the world

History of world and culture is anomalous. Major characteristic of all over the world and culture is diverse in form. There are many nations in this world. These nations have their own geographical, cultural, social and economic identities. They posses different cultures as well as natural resources. Beyond this variations, There is again diversity with each variation. But we see "unit in diversity" which is a basic principle and feature of all over the world. It is better for an individual to be familiar with such culture and other identities of all over the world as a good friend of relatives.

Friends we all belongs from different nations but our identity is only one i.e. "we all are human beings". Friends grow up and lets create a better world with brother hood, friendship, truth and respect. Today we live in world where we have different culture, language and relation. But above stands the must important factor which is known as humanity. Humanity is one an important factor which brings people all around the world closer just as a big family.

It is very important to make peace in this world and it can be made only if we all believe that every human being is equal and stop discriminating in terms of various issues. Earth is our home and as we know that the people from all over the world are our relatives. We all are human being and we used to live together in a mutual understanding and co-operation with in a society. There are different festivals and ceremonies which we used to celebrate democracy day, Valentine day, Education day, Children day and so on all over the world as a good friends or relatives. In the case of education sector 's well as business sector one country used to help other for better development which plays the role of good relatives.

Explorer Scouts climbing at Stanage Edge

Scouting found itself competing for young people's time against many other extracurricular activities and schools themselves which were increasingly venturing into the same types of activities. The adult leaders became concerned with the growing litigation culture in the UK.[21]Scouting has also been challenged by a negative stereotype as being old fashioned.[22]
The programme change in 2002 sought to overcome the growing challenges facing the Movement and saw changes at all levels of British Scouting – the most apparent being the suspension of Venture Scouts. To replace this senior section, The Scout Association created theExplorer Scouts for 14- to 18-year-old members, and the Scout Network for 18–25-year-olds.[19] The Scout Association also introduced a number of new badges, such as computing skills and skateboarding, to modernise the image of Scouting.
Other changes in 2001 included changes to the leadership training so that it became more flexible, allowing for specific roles in the Movement, rather than the general leadership training which preceded it. New Scout uniforms for all sections and leaders were also introduced in 2001, designed by Meg Andrews, with the aim of being more modern and appealing to young people.[24]
There was criticism of some of these changes, mostly citing problems with the implementation, although several years into the new structure the Explorer Scout and Scout Network sections have become well established. Census figures for the last few years show an upturn in membership, with The Scout Association in April 2010 announcing the highest rate of growth in British Scouting since 1972, with total membership reaching just under half a million.[21][25] Scouting in Britain continues to promote the same Principles and Methods as written by Baden-Powell in Scouting for Boys more than 100 years ago.
